They have done a great job of keeping our home in great condition and getting it rented during the limited times we have used it as a rental. “We stayed at Kristen’s place for a girls’ reunion weekend. The house’s location is perfect—two houses down from the beach in cute neighborhood. The house is very large and has lots of sleeping and communal space. We had nine girls and more than enough space. We were able to cook in for lunches because the kitchens (there are two!) were fully equipped with the necessities. We didn’t have the best weather, but luckily it didn’t matter much because the house’s backyard is so nice. We spent most of our time in the pool and had a beautiful dinner outside at the large outdoor dining table. We were also able to watch football from the comfort of the hot tub as there is a TV in the backyard as well. Perhaps the best part of the stay, however, was Kristen herself. She was extremely accessible and accommodating leading up to our weekend, and answered all my questions. She even left a sweet little note and bottle of wine for us to enjoy.”
